Hi, my name is Tamar.

I am a downsizing specialist and Columbia University–trained nurse practitioner whose goal is to help you navigate one of life's most significant transitions. This could mean sorting through thirty years of belongings, deciding what to do with a home that no longer fits your life, or simply figuring out where to begin when everything feels overwhelming.

I specialize in understanding the deep emotional weight that our possessions carry — the birthday cards, the children's artwork, the objects that hold an entire chapter of a life. With a clinical background in primary care and years of experience in life transitions, I bring both professional expertise and genuine compassion to every client I work with.
